- A deposit of 50% of the course fee has to be paid to secure a place on the course of your choice.
- The balance is payable four weeks prior to the start date of the course.
- If you cancel your booking without changing to another agreed availabe date then we unfortunately cannot refund your deposit or your balance.
- If you change your booking to another agreed availabe date then we will honour your deposit.
- If we cancel your booking and change to another agreed date which you can attend then your deposit and balance will be secured for the new date.
- If we cancel your booking without another agreed date then all monies will be repaid in full.
- All the prices on the website are up to date. There are no hidden costs, only what has been outlined in the course information. See our Frequently Asked Questions page for details
- Travel to and from the locations on the one day courses has to be arranged by yourselves.
- Travel to and from your accommodation to the locations on the two day courses is provided by us. Personnel and equipment will be transported in owr comfortable motorhome. Click here to view
- We ask that all attendees on our two day courses respect our motorhome and treat it accordingly.
- LightscapePhotographic cannot be held responsible for your photographic equipment. Please ensure that your equipment is adequately insured against accidental damage.
- LightscapePhotographic reserve the right to use any images downloaded on to our laptop computers in our publicity material (website, brochures, flyers etc).
- LightscapePhotographic reserve the right to change location in the event of unsuitable weather.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed on the course due to the possibility of farm animals at or around the locations that we wil visit.
